Our Story

From Doylestown to Everywhere

Telio™ was founded in Bucks County, Pennsylvania — a region known for its blend of innovation and tradition. We saw practices struggling with fragmented tools: one system for scheduling, another for billing, a third for reviews, and nothing that talked to each other.

We built Telio™ to be different. A unified platform that brings every tool a practice needs into a single, intelligent workspace. Starting with automated reminders and reputation management, we've grown into a comprehensive practice management platform with 12 integrated modules — and an AI infrastructure division that's pushing the boundaries of private computing.

Today, Telio™ serves medical, dental, legal, accounting, and SMB practices across the country. But our roots remain in Doylestown, PA — and our commitment to building software that genuinely helps hasn't changed.

Telio™ Founded

Launched Telio™ Reminders — automated SMS and phone call appointment reminders for healthcare practices in the Philadelphia region.

2020

Reputation Management Launch

Added Telio™ Reputation — multi-platform review monitoring, collection widgets, and reputation analytics. Two products, one platform.

2021

Expanding Verticals

Extended beyond healthcare into dental, legal, accounting, and SMB. Built custom integrations for industry-specific workflows.

2022

Telio™ Core Development Begins

Started building the comprehensive practice management platform — 12 modules covering patients, billing, messaging, HR, and more.

2023

AI Infrastructure Division

Launched TRXGX™ and Johannes AI™ — bringing private AI infrastructure to organizations that demand data sovereignty.

2024

Phantorex™ & PAMA™

Expanded the AI division with high-performance compute orchestration (Phantorex™) and advanced model training frameworks (PAMA™).

2025–26

Full Platform Launch

Telio™ Core reaches production. The complete software + AI infrastructure platform, serving practices nationwide from our home base in Doylestown, PA.
